"VERY RUDE!!!! I came in last week to look for a cup (drove 2 hours one way). Was told “come back on the 12th, they’ll be out then” I called today about a cup release, and was told “we have them, but our manager isn’t in so we can’t put them out” (Starbucks release date was today so they HAD to be put out today). I called back 6 hours later to see if maybe they were out before I drove 2 hours one way to get one for my mama. I asked the woman who answered if they were out “nope, we don’t have them. We’re not getting any. Don’t call back”"

"Young folks not paying attention when someone took my drink. They immediately remade the drink, but they still let a thief take an order that wasn't theirs. Shame on the thief, pretty sure it was the white lady with the large diamond ring who ordered before me who took it."
