"It says right on the Best Buy website that they can do same day repair on iPhone screens. Yet, they neve Can and turn people away saying they have to ship the phone to Apple and can’t do repairs in store. It’s complete garbage. Somebody needs to manage that store properly."
"Realize it is after the Holiday rush. The Store displays were in full force and extremely clean. The associates were helpful and considerate. Several items not available and understandable so after the Holidays. Overall, a thoughtful and helpful staff is great this day and age. Good job!"
"Seasons greetings, I am unfortunately writing this review about a store I used to like shopping at but over the years has declined in customer service. On December 21st at 11:30am I made a purchase for an HP Omen 25L although it was in Asheville and I live in Charlotte which is a 2 hour drive the item was on sale and I had been searching for a computer to use with school animation and graphic design so I made the drive after waiting a few hours to make sure the transaction went through I did not receive any cancel notifications so I figured I was good to go pick it up so I finally arrive at the store go inside to the pick up section everyone else is getting their stuff and leaving so I think it's gonna go well come to find out they sold my computer to someone in the store after I already paid for it did not receive a cancel notification a call or email zero communication they cancelled it when I got to the counter didn't give me any solution or replacement and told me tough luck I drove 2 hours to get here they could have at least done their job and cancelled the order what's even more suspicious is that when I asked about the sale time the manager and employee who "sold it" told me the exact time I bought the item as the sale time guess someone there wanted it for themselves this was the only thing i was looking forward to this Christmas and now it's gone thanks best buy for ruining the holidays and setting me back in school."
"Speedy service. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra through a third party. It was $400 off. The best deal out of all the tablets Samsung has out right now. The Samsung Galaxy was just released and after watching several videos comparing them to one another. The s8 and the s9 have only a few differences however having a brand new s8 to trade in off and when I feel the need to do so, paying a considerable amount less than most with an equally considerable trade in value. Work all that said Best Buy had the best deals on tablets.I opted for curbside because it was bitterly cold. I didn't even get a chance to sign in before the gentleman was carrying it out to me. He also made sure to get the required identifying information from me as well. All around good experience. The Arden location is also equally good. I purchased a 65-inch LG smart TV last month for$300. I was shocked at how cheap but it was part of their black Friday sale. A male employee took the time to get me caught up on all the different new TV resolutions out now which made me more confident that i was making q good purchase"
"I went to the Tunnel Road Store to buy another fitbit because my first one died. I had a gift card to get a replacement. When I went to the register to pay for it, the guy saw the receipt I had obtained for returning the old watch, he told me ,with an attitude, I had to go to customer service because he is only there to take money. When I got to customer service, the guy behind the desk was kind and respectful. I paid for the watch and he took off the security case. I asked him if I could get my band changed, He directed me to the geek squad. I went to the GeekSquad to see if i could get my band put on the new watch, the guy was not polite he had an attitude . He asked me if I bought it and asked to see my receipt. I don't understand why he would ask me that, because the customer service rep took off the security case when I paid for it. There was no reason to ask to see the receipt. It made me feel like he thought I stole it. After he saw my new tattoo, he backed off a little. He started talking to me about my tattoos. He then completed my need for the geek squad. So if you ever need to go to BEST BUY or need assistance from the Geek squad i would recommend going to BEST BUY in Arden . I am not a thief, His attitude was the pitts."
