Because it was out of warranty, he literally showed me exactly what I needed to do in order to find the issue and potentially fix it. Really needed a win and to save some $, and they've done that for me twice now. Thank you Troy."

"Worst EVER. Unreliable. I suffered as a customer of theirs for several years; today is the last straw. Ruben, the owner, will ignore your texts and calls, won’t arrive on time, or won’t arrive at all, will say he’ll do something and then cancel or just no-show. No machine I’ve ever gotten from them was without problems. You can’t even go inside the establishment because it stinks to high heaven of old cigarette smoke. And— his workers arrive with handguns strapped to their belts. Literal visible guns. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the agony I have had to deal with and just go somewhere else. As a small biz owner trying to use secondhand machines, this place will just make your life more complicated."

"We were able to find an updated version of our washing machine that recently quit working. They were extremely nice and even an hour early with delivery. Delivery was free as long as we gave them our old washing machine. Took them no time at all to install it. Definitely recommend and will be using their services in the future."
