"Came in frazzled, aggravated and hungry after a day of travel and hiking with young monsters aka kids;). Service was friendly, the food came out fast and the house margarita with the blueberries was amazing and much appreciated. We were looking for a cheap and tasty classic Mexican place to eat for some bean dip and burritos but instead Pacifico was recommended and the food was great just different than what we would normally order. I had the vegetarian 1 combo and it was perfectly delicious although it’s worth mentioning that you get refried black beans instead of the usual beans but it tasted awesome nonetheless. My kids are not very daring eaters and ended up with a cheese quesadilla and a bean and cheese burrito which they both loved. I’d like to come back to try some of the seafood dishes when I’m in the area again. The only thing I’d like better is cozier seating, we are a booth family and like to hide while scarfing down our food like animals. This place feels a bit more polished and I questioned whether it was appropriate for my loud kids but they did just fine!"

"NOT a fan even in the slightest. Probably the LEAST amount of food my family has EVER eaten from ANYWHERE! My kids HATED their food and my 3 year old literally hadn't ate all day and had THREE bites and refused to eat anymore. Instead of iceberg lettuce they use Romain hearts for all the lettuce used and it makes it really BITTER! Not a fan of black beans being used as the refried beans.. none of the family liked them.. they were pretty tasteless and there was supposed to be cheese on two of our entrees and it was not there at all. For quality we received and what we paid for it will definitely NOT be going back.. sadly as nasty as Rio is in Burnsville and I only eat there once a year when I'm desperate.. it's better than the food we got here."

"so we sat down and ordered our drinks. and my brother got Lemonade. Well after he finished his first cup when they went to re-fill his drink he got Starry back… Then when we ordered our food my dad was trying to asked them if they had Tartar sauce. They looks for 5 minutes for Tartar sauce and brought back Coctail. Then after they couldn’t find it she just stood there on her phone while we are waiting to order… then we ordered our food. Well my mom didn’t know that her food was gonna be spicy. So when she told the waiter that she couldn’t eat it the waiter ROLLED HER EYES! How rude!! She also wouldn’t re-fill our drinks. When it came down to getting the check… we waited… and waited… and waited… We were clearly done! She was on her phone and we had to say excuse me to get her attention that we want the check. Overall awful service and the food it’s alright"

"Delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine. Didn't have any of the seafood, but a nearby table had some that looked very good. Our chicken enchiladas with the best verde sauce were very tasty. Rice, however, was undercooked. Easy fix, though. Generous portions."

"I've eaten there three times. The 1st two times, the food was great, but the service was slow and careless. The last time, however, the server was on it, she was nice, and the food remains great. I love seafood and it's worth a few extra bucks to get that over he normal Mexican stuff."
