"Brand new Taco Bell. Everything was clean and shiny, but it was so cold in there. We asked if they could turn on the heat. The kid said that he would ask the manager. We tried to eat inside, but had to go to the car. Just too cold. Also, the food was cold too."

"When did they start allowing restaurants workers to vape in a restaurant??? The main manager is rude, hateful and disrespectful to her employees and to her customers. I witness yesterday her firing a worker for cursing and something to do with his clothes. It wasn’t just a matter of minutes until another worker came and apologized to me and my family, she even gave us a coupon for what we witnessed.. the main manager threw food and started cursing herself, why can’t she be fired This isn’t the first experience of bad situation and we won’t be back and will make sure we tell everyone we no to stay away for there! To the lady in the black bogan you was the most pleasant at all our visits in the past couple weeks. You can do better and deserve better."

"Love how my review keeps getting removed on a weekly basis! I spend $30 to $50 here each time with a family of 5. I HAVE YET TO GET A CORRECT ORDER! I live 20 min down cane River and after the first time when I was missing over $10 worth of food I started counting everything.. well I ordered 4 grilled cheese burritos only to get those nasty cheap azs 5 layer burritos because the numbers matched so drove home thinking order was right..nope!. I called and the lady said tell them next time I ordered and it would be fixed.. so next time I tried explaining everything.. fkng oblivious to anything I said and refused to fix the order. I have ordered there approximately 8 times since they opened AND YET TO RECEIVE A CORRECT ORDER! If you order more than literally 1 thing they are for sure going to screw your order up! They can't count and obviously no one can read."

"Every time we have ate here, it's been great. The service has been fast, and our order has been correct. The food has looked great. The tacos have been well made, there isn't too much lettuce all over the place with meat and sauce dripping everywhere. It makes it nice to eat in the car without making a huge mess when they are well made like that. I have had nothing but good experiences with this place , and I've eaten there once. sometimes twice or more, a week. I'm glad there is finally a Taco Bell in Burnsville."
