"The ambience is an amazing and different. We’ve been to a lot of steakhouse/chophouses and I can rank this one at least top 5. Service was amazing. Pork Belly - it was pretty good - tender and flavorful Crabcake - good - not a lot of fillers - its not lump crab cake Porterhouse - Big enough for two people - cooked to perfection - bursting with flavor. Paired with Lobster/Seared Scallops - Cooked to perfection Smoked brisket mac n cheese - The brisket is chopped throughout the mac n cheese and hands down probably the best I’ve had (full disclosure - I don’t even like mac n cheese that much). Asparagus - it’s asparagus - not much to say there. Creme brûlée - Probably one of the best creme brûlées we’ve ever had Apple Cobbler - think Apple Bettie - there is no crust in it. Not my favorite. Pecan Carrot Cake - it was good enough to order again. Overall, we would revisit this restaurant again."

"The place is excellent in atmosphere, unfortunately some of the service seems a little routine and not overly welcoming. Food choices are pretty good but quite expensive! When you stay at the Grand Bohemian you are a limited on your dining options. Again, a beautiful setting. With tip included for three people and a few drinks over $ 300.00 Our server started out dry but eventually got warmed up and was fairly pleasant."

"Took my boyfriend to dinner here for his birthday. Gorgeous restaurant. Free valet. Always make a reservation if you wanna be in the dinning room. Very nice staff, delicious sides and steak! The Yukon mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and Mac and cheese are my absolute favorite and each side is enough to share with 2 people. Their Wagyu steak was amazing and a nice size. Definitely recommend for a special night out or if you just want wonderful food and service! ❤️"

"The ambiance was very enjoyable and cozy. Our service from Thomas was excellent! He was attentive but not overbearing. He was polite and friendly, and we very much appreciated that. It is very obvious he is classically trained, and it was refreshing to see. The food was beautiful and elegant. The flavors of our dishes were very well balanced and delicious along with our drinks. We had the Vieux from above and bohemian paper plane for our drinks. The drinks were well mixed and very smooth going down. We ordered the lemon Ricotta appetizer (delicious). The entrées we went for were the tomahawk pork chop, with a side of creamed spinach and the scallops with risotto. Our entrées were cooked to perfection. Lastly, we shared the trio of ice cream for dessert, and wow, it was more than we could even share."

"We had such an amazing dinner at the Red Stag Grill! The decor was so unique and cozy, it would be great to come back in the winter time! Our waitress was so helpful and offered great suggestions in regards to the menu and the wine list! We had the hunters charcuterie board, steak and several sides to share. The Mac and cheese was delicious and the steak was cooked perfectly. We shared the chocolate lava cake for dessert and it had the most delicious coffee glaze on top! We also had a wonderful time viewing the art all throughout the hotel after dinner! We can't wait to come back the next time were are in the Asheville area!"
