"I love coming to this store, as the employees are super helpful and friendly. I would give you 5 stars, but closing at 7pm was hard enough to make it here, now making it here with the store closing at 6pm is impossible. I really miss when you closed at 8pm. For those of us who work until 5pm or later, we just can't make it."

"I went this morning to buy another milwaukee axis jacket that I have one of already I just wanted another color and when I went and asked a lady for help since the jackets were out of reach she gave me a little attitude I ignored it and then when she went to get the jacket for me and I told her I wanted a Large she looked me up and down and said are you sure that's going to fit?? I told her it should I've had them before and she said no I know it ain't going to fit witj a nasty attitude,basically calling me fat .I've never been insulted at any stores before and honestly I ddnt know how to respond so decided to ignore it but if u go and see a lady called Karen P. Do not ask her for any help she has terrible customer service and i can tell she hates her job and if she doesn't like working there she shouldn't be working there in my opinion . To be clear this happened at the asheville location.Im very wary of going back to this location because of her since this was only the 2nd time I'd been there."

"Don’t buy any Milwaukee products from here. Bought a M18 Grease gun. It messed up and the manager said they couldn’t replace it because it was over 45 days old. I may have used it only 5 times. But pretty sure Milwaukee has a lifetime warranty, if your gonna buy these products don’t buy from northern tool. Buy from someone who stands behind the products they sell."
