"Bought a used Harley Road Glide from this store - I had been searching for quite some time and these guys beat out the local Tri-Cities HD dealerships by a long shot. Kinda wish they outfitted the bike with a new set of tires as the ones on the bike were about 5 years old, but I'll blame that on me for not making a bigger deal about it during negotiations. I even had to register the vehicle in a different state (Florida) and they worked with me on getting it figured out. Sales experience was good (shout out to Josh) - they even have a Harley tech on staff that knows his stuff and was able to clarify quite a few things on the bike. The test ride experience was good as well, I didn't have to follow some pre-determined loop which was nice. The bike is currently in the service department for some routine maintenance, so I can't comment just yet about that, but Mike seems like a good dude and won't do me wrong! If I need a side by side or a metric bike sometime in the future I'll be working with these guys again."
