"I ordered 50 munchkins on the Dunkin app. I got day-old stale munchkins. I went back to the store and they replaced the munchkins but some of them were fresh and some were still stale."

"I walked into the store at noon yesterday and there was a girl doing something on her phone. She totally ignored me even though I was 3 feet away at the counter and I'm sure she heard me. Another employee came over and took my order. He was nice enough, but all business, which was fine. I realize working at a Dunkin' Donuts is not the greatest job, so I usually just expect this kind of greeting most places I go these days. However, I ordered 2 French crullers and when I went to eat them they were stale!! I should have gone back, but didn't want to waste my time. Clearly these were not made that day. French crullers are never hard! In fact, no doughnut should ever be hard! I will not be going back to this location."

"I would love to say good things about this store, but I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. I came to the store and they had closed the dining area and locked the doors. That is fine, but they didn’t put up a sign stating the drive through was open. However when I go to open the door and there is someone there that see’s me and ignores me it is infuriating. Just put up a sign people!!! Don’t ignore me. Just let me know and I will go around. I won’t go back. You’ve just lost my business because your employees are incompetent or just plain rude."

"Just want to say the service was great. Also hope the lady in the black Ford Fusion, that paid for our order will see this. We were in the black GMC truck. The young man at the window said you paid for our order because you seen the Marine sticker on the truck.. Thank you! Really appreciate it..
