"Went thru drive thru took over hour to ger food after they had me to wait ,then went n side to ask for food finally got it ,went back n bc they didn't get my order right. To many people putting down this place bc the workers don't care."
"My wife and I stopped here for a Carmel sundae and a hot fudge sundae on our way home from Asheville. The restaurant was not busy inside where we placed our orders on the kiosk. The order was for dine in. A couple of people came in after we placed our order and they received their orders and ours still had not come out. I heard an older lady who identified herself as Theresa ask who are these sundaes for and then she walked away. My wife went up to inquire about our order and Theresa said oh I'll go get them right now. She brought them to us and indicated if they were too melted to call for her and she would make new. We left with our sundaes and got back on the road and they had completely melted!!! Not even the consistency of a milkshake."
"A jovial bunch of folks managing the place. Usual McD fare. Parking is ample, washrooms are clean, the store is clean, the kiosks were working. ⭐⭐⭐ Had a slight delay with one of my coffee order, but that's OK for my one time visit."
"Fresh Big Macs! They are so busy they have 3 windows! No fountain drink machine inside. But they serve it all. Smaller dining room bc of app users. Right off of interstate ramp. Gas and shopping."
