"The best service I have ever received at a Taco Bell restaurant ever. My meal took a little longer than usual because the lady put in a batch of Nacho Fries for me in the fryer. They were the BEST nacho fries I have ever had at a TB! They were hot and crispy and scrumptious. Service was excellent. Southern hospitality at its best!"

"I love all of Taco Bells food when it's prepared correctly. I've gotten missing items and wrong condiments on food a few times but other than that staff is usually pretty friendly and I'm sure they would have fixed it for me"

"Used Taco Bell app to order breakfast and we selected the eat inside option. Arrived at store at 10:05; sign on door said they opened at 10:00. Door was locked and we knocked; employee did walk from back area to counter and ignored us. About 5 minutes later employee came out an employee only door and said “our dining room person isn’t here yet to open the dining room; she is usually late.” And that we could go through the drive thru to collect our order. Our whole purpose was to eat inside, not out in our car. Food was hot and prepared correctly, except they forgot ALL of our drinks and we had to pull forward and wait for those. It appeared the person that opens the dining room showed up around 10:20….then went out for a smoke break at 10:30 as we sat in our vehicle finishing our breakfast."

"Went in to store for a delivery pickup the male employee gave me the drink for order, I ask him nicely If he cared to put one of the doordash stickers on top of the drink with the straw. He proceeds to tell me. I know how to do my job. You cannot put that on that drink. Or you can't put the straw in it and rolls His eyes and says how dumb. Well, I proceeded then to say, well. You don't gotta be smart*** I just ask a question. He turns around and tells me that I can get out of That store and not even get the order. So the employee there apparently does not like his job. Because he's really rude to customers. I mean, I know any other time I go to get a order. They always, all the other employees are very friendly and they always put a sticker on top of the drink with the straw with it. I mean, I just didn't want to lose the customer straw which is reasonable. I didn't ask for much and got treated With so much disrespect."

"Never listen to custom made tacos. No tomatoes and they were all over it. Lucky I didn’t bring them back in and throw them. Get better."
