"There was a boy working around the food, his hair was down and he took his HAT OFF to TOUCH HIS HAIR WITH THE GLOVES THAT HE WAS WORKING WITH ON!!!! His name is Zack, I did tell someone about it, her name was Tabitha and she said she would talk to him about it, she was a good worker she was making sure everyone was doing their job while doing her's. But something needs to be done with the hair situation, that is very disappointing and disgusting."

"Most of the time we go there they never have chicken!!!!? Pretty every piece of food is a ten to 20 minutes wait?!! I mean I know I'm sounding like a Karen but it's supposed to be a FAST FOOD COMPANY NOT 20 MINUTES FOOD!??"

"I only gave it a 4 because they have Pepsi-Cola! I LOVE Peps! I can't eat here because all the food is spicy (except maybe the grilled chicken sandwich and I didn't see it on the menu?!?!). The lady who was helping me mentioned it. She was incredibly nice and helpful even though she had her coat on and was getting ready to leave for the day. If you like spice, this is the place for you, me - not so much :-)"

"Ordered a chicken sandwich through drive through (inside was closed at 9pm) and had to pull forward to wait only for it to be a thigh on bread! I almost chipped my tooth biting into a thigh! The tea taste nasty and neither my drink or my husbands came with any ice!"

"I had to retract my good review from nine months ago. Thinking about going to this restaurant as a last minute decision, don’t do it. I ordered tonight $18 worth of food. There was only two people in front of me in the drive-through once I receive my food and got home the $10 chicken supreme meal looks like it should’ve been worth $4. I ordered two sides as well and only received one. I had attempted to call multiple times within a 30 minute time frame. I was unable to reach anybody I had to call a different store and speak to a general manager there who was very nice. She told me she could take care of me if I brought my food by their store tomorrow on my way home however, their store was in a completely different direction. So she advised me to hang onto the food and take it back with my receipt. I had finally gotten annoyed and drove back out to the Enka Candler store. I had asked the cashier to speak to the general manager she stated “I will let her know, she’s on the phone. She will be just a minute.” The general manager heard my concerns apologized, told me she was short staffed and gave me a refund."
