"After waiting a hour for them to get 2 miles up the road to me they sent 2 mini vans to jump a tractor trailer. Neither women seemed very comfortable with hooking up jumper cables. Avoid this place at all costs."
"Extremly bad experience. Call them to replace the blown air bag on the trailer and repair the broken air line. I provided them with the part number for the air spring and quick connector for the airline. Mechanic shows up at 10 am, remouve the air spring and realized that he had to fix the air line first in order to build the air pressure to lift the trailor and instal the air spring, but he did not bring the proper connector for the air line.He called the shop to bring him the proper connector and he stop working. 1.45 hr later, they come with the part and finish the work at 2 pm. They charged me 5 hr for labor(counting after they left the shop until they come back to the shop -750$) plus 150$ service call. Ridiculous. Rubbing people. This was 1.5 hr real labor. Never ever call them for nothing, if you do , expect to be rubbed aut"
"I needed a tow for a flat tire, I had been waiting for hours when Josh reached out regarding my service. He was honest and pleasant up front. His communication thru the process was great. He was very pleasant and funny during the service. I would highly recommend."
"Bought a running motor from them said the fly wheel was messed up but that's it. Got it home and apart to see bent push rods, spun bearings ext. Called owner and he said he had 2 more motors we could look at. Drove an hour back to his place and he told us we knew the motor was bad and we should have taken it apart before we bought it. I'm out $500+, have a motor that needs rebuilt and he had the nerve to say he doesn't take credit or returns and we could buy another motor from him. Absolutely do NOT buy anything from these people unless you see for yourself the part is working good because they will just lie to you."
"Not impressed. We called AAA and requested a tow home -- a distance of about 85 miles. When I called to ask for an estimated time of arrival, the man on the phone was not at all friendly and hung up while I was I still speaking. It ended up taking them nearly 2 hours to arrive. When the not-very-pleasant driver finally arrived, he didn't want to let anyone ride in the tow truck. I guess we were supposed to walk home. He finally agreed, but took our vehicle to the company's tow yard, where we had to wait for an hour for a different (and extremely dilapidated and nasty) truck to tow us home. This equally-unpleasant guy and his wife who finally towed us home bickered with each other and tore up my neighbor's yard trying to back our vehicle into the driveway. He got stuck in my neighbor's ditch and I had to come up with a way for him to get free. He then asked to pee before he left, and peed right in the middle of my driveway. Not exactly what I'd call a professional operation."
