"Terrible service. Tried to order a used engine from these folks for a customer. They wanted me to wire transfer (who does that?) the money to them - wouldn't accept a credit card. Spent a full day trying to buy something from them. Couldn't get accounting on the phone, or the managers. Finally got so frustrated that I cancelled the order - I would rather pay more somewhere else than deal with this headache."

Price sometimes is a little more than the salvage yards that warranty for 30 days but well worth the 6mo and 1 yr warranties they offer. No issues whatsoever with customer service.
