"I guess night shift turns their phones down the last hour because I came through the drive thru and had missing food and didn’t notice until I got home so I called and called and called. I even drove back and walked in to see if they were ignoring my call when I realized that the phone wasn’t ringing and I was calling the right McDonald’s so the answer must be that they turn ringer down so people can’t call. We even had to pull up and wait for our food, which was no problem. But for our food to not be checked and to ignore calls before closing. It seems unprofessional."

"I thought I was in the twilight zone. I walked in a immediately noticed the place was full of senior's. It looked like the local everyday breakfast crowd. I knew there was a reason they all meeting here every morning. The service was fantastic. The food was fantastic. They employees must have came to my table 3 times to see how I was doing. I've never experienced this at a McDonald's before."
