"Absolutely horrible service, they didn’t get our order right , wanted to charge me $2 for two little tiny containers of marinara sauce and refused to let me pay for them with a $50?! Never going back there again and suggest they get smarter staff in there or it’ll be closed down like so many others have been"

"There were poor level of hygiene precautions, the employee was all alone, prepared the food and was also the cashier. Hands were not washed. The employee had a beard and long hair, but did not wear a hairnet. He was also constantly on his cell phone. I'm not a doctor, but he had a runny nose. He was friendly but should not be working with food under these conditions! The worst part was the food, we had a hair in the pizza box. Pizza Hut you guys can call me and I will give you more details. My conclusion is, stay away from this location."

"I always love coming here for pizza even tho I won’t go to any other Pizza Hut restaurant. This place always looks out for me, even if the order is messed up or I wait a lil extra time they make it up with a free pizza and sometime a drink! Wow that’s awesome! Thank you Pizza Hut at Sherrills ford!"

"The original lady that took my order was very nice and polite, she said it would take about 45 minutes for my delivery. After and hour and 15 minutes I called back, the same lady picked up and I asked about my order, she was very apologetic and said it should be there very soon. 30 more minutes went by and I called again, I man picked up the phone and I told him what was going on, he gave some excuse to me that if they dont have a driver on the clock that they use Doordash which is stange considering i was getting texts saying that my driver was arriving soon and the messages were sent from pizza hut, he asked me to look outside to see if they had just dropped it off, I looked and nothing was there. I found it very odd because right after he explained to me the doordash thing he tried to cover the phone and I could hear him ask someone inside the store did you just leave the food outside "assuming not a doordash worker" because why would a doordash worker just be chilling in pizza hut. So i truly believe he lied to me about the whole story, meanwhile the entire time this man was very unpleasnt and rude to me. I asked for compensation and he rudly said i will give you a 2 liter, I said ok i guess and asked for Cheerwine. He said ok and hung up the phone very fast. Such a rude person should not be talking to customers. This is the last time I will ever order from there."

"Pizza was not good at all, it was almost like the dough didn't proof. Wings were good, brownie was good, cheeses ticks were a bit dry. But disappointed as we spent 60 bucks and the 2 stuffed crust pizzas were almost inedible, even to a teenage bottomless pit. I threw mine away and just ate the wings"
