"The lady who took our order was very nice and thorough. Generally the food was typical of Cookout, but my chicken filet was burnt and the onion rings were the 5 smallest onion rings I've ever seen. The milkshake is always too thick for a straw, but I don't mind eating ice cream, unless I'm driving. Then I'd like it to be more fluid."

"The food has gone so downhill. It is disgusting. They never bother getting the order right and if you come back through to correct they have the worst attitudes. I bought an egg now milkshake and it was pretty much just milk. There was hardly any flavor from the top to the bottom. The corn dogs are ALWAYS burnt to a crisp and hardly edible. It tastes like they never change the oil. Just gross all the away around. The employees are too busy vaping in and around the kitchen and joking, hollering and being immature to run the place. And what a surprise, you can't get ahold of ANYONE to correct these issues or get a refund!"

"If I could zero Stars I would. We paid 17 bucks total for this mess. 3. 99 a piece for two big double burgers the emphasis definitely is not on big because they look smaller than a sausage patty. The math doesn't work out right either. Definitely will not be going back. Huge ripoff!"

"You know if you want your customers to come back you should be decent and not say things back with a attitude I ordered two shakes and ask the young lady at the window which one was which she rudely said they are labeled on the side. When I told her she did t have to be rude she shut the window. Cookout is definitely going down hill"

"Great ranch wraps lol waste of money and the chicken been setting a while all 3 trays were like that and the cheeseburgers had no cheese or requested condiments the night shift is terrible"
