When I finish with Dunkin all it's gonna be is a pathetic little coffee shop. You are a tyrant I promise now I'm threatening your job. And believe me I got a lot of proof how you run that place when I'm done with you no one will ever hire you just watch and see and if you fire Melissa it will be another lawsuit for unlawful termination I got you the joke is one you now and let me let you in on a secret I know ppl in high places too"

"The best dunkin in the area ! The people are super nice and always get my order right. The food is always good and warm and fresh. Thr drinks are always delightful! The girls who work there are always beyond nice. I absolutely love this dunkin!"

"I placed a mobile app order at 9:30am to pick up at 7pm, and called at 5pm to make sure the variety I ordered would be done, and surprise surprise, I had 4 items that weren't available. This is the second time in a couple weeks this has happened. They offered to have missing items ready the next day, and I told them I didn't need them the next day because they were for coworkers the current night which is why I ordered 10 hrs in advance & called 2 hrs in advance to make sure i got what I ordered. Then, the employee didn't know how to do a refund for the missing specialty items. Not a good way to run a business."

"How can a manager leave 2 new people to operate a store when they clearly have not had the training to be able to properly Know how to do their job? Was there for 20 min they to make an order which they didn't know how to key on the register nor did they know how to make it. They had to call the manager. Sham on the manager of this location for not being at the store supporting the staff!!. I'm sure the manager receives bonuses based off the sales. You should be there to support the ones who are doing the work that makes you your bonus and your paycheck!!!! Corporate should be ashamed to have a Manger of this type operating this location. It seems to be a busy location with a lot of potential but it will never go anywhere with the current management."

"WiFi is not working yet, but everything else is!!!! Had lunch here today. Had the "Big toaster" it was two slices of toast, two fried eggs, a wad of bacon and a slice of cheese. Very filling! I also had a carmel cappuccino, it was pretty good. As a note, their coffee is usually under sweet, I always ask for a bit more sugar, I would add it myself but for some reason they do not have condiments out for the customers. I know weird huh?"
