"Was in a bad bind with a nail in my sidewall therefore I had to find a replacement quickly. I called this store since they are the closest and explained my issue to the mechanic (Rodney). He went back and verified they had the specific tire/size I was looking for. He understood that I was in a time crunch and wouldn't get there until right at 7 (closing hour for the tire center). Therefore he took it up front to the customer service desk in the main part of the store to assure that I would have it without delay. This individual needs a hefty raise in my opinion. I have never had a tire center go out of the way like this one did. Bottom line, he actually treated me like I mattered and did all he could to ease my problem. Thank you so much, and job well done!"

"Did a basic oil change and battery swap out. However, after they were done and I was driving home, there was a shaking and then the car kept cutting off at stops. My car was absolutely not doing that before I brought it to them. I took it back for them to see if maybe they hit something or loosened something, but all their "mechanic" did was take a flashlight and look aroun, didn't even take it for a short drive to see what I was talking about. So basically they denied that they did anything to it to make it do that. And now I have to pay to take it to an actual good mechanic to see what's going on. Absolutely ridiculous. Obviously not taking my cars here again in the future. Don't bother if you don't want to risk getting your car messed up then them denying it."

"Very nice & timely. The only thing is that if someone makes an appt for tires, then they come 1st, even tho u have been sitting there waiting. Understaffed."

"Apparently, the only qualifications for working there are having a heart beat and occasionally being able to show up. The VERY last time I got my oil changed there, they broke the hood support on my car. The time before that, they told me my truck had burnt a quart of oil. It hasn’t burnt a drop since. I’ve talked to at least 3 people that said they didn’t tighten the filter enough and it fell off."

"In and out with two new tires in 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the great service and highly qualified repair guys. Thomas up front was helpful from first contact till final checkout. Timmy was fast and efficient on one tire, and Rodney handled the other tire. If you need a “local-ish” place on a Saturday in spruce pine, this is it! Thanks for saving me while on vacation."
