"Aways great customer service."
"Great should be enough, but in all honesty, Steven a d Daniel go out of their way:, above and beyond to get you what you need. I most buy heavy-duty nn B parts, and these guys strive to keep common use items in stock which is always a tremendous help"
"Great folks to do business with. Friendly, knowledgeable counter people. Wayne has probably forgotten more about cars than most know, Stephen is doing his absolute best to know what the customer needs to get back up and going at least on the heavy duty truck side. The others are good people. I just haven't known them as long. This is our go-to local parts house, and most of the time, they keep something that you can get by with at least til the correct part comes in."
"I have never been a fan of Napa parts, this was a Car Quest until recently and now we have to deal with Napa. The young man working this time told us that Napa has made some changes in the manufacturers of some of their parts and I am hoping this will improve the quality. The young man working was very knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly."
"Customer service was horrible, unless your a man it seems. My daughter was trying to purchase oil for her vehicle. I went in originally to help insure she got the correct oil, since it being her first car. No one acknowledged us upon entering. No one was wearing masks either. I went out to the vehicle while she went up to pay. She tried to pay with her debit card and it was declined. Instead of trying to punch her card into the machine or swiping her card again, the cashier rudely handed her card back and was short and cold with her. She checked with her bank to ensure there was enough money. She tried to insure them the money was in the account. They refused to rerun her card, and told her she would have to use a different card or call someone to come pay for it. He cashier walked away again and helped someone else. She called me to come back in. I handed my bank card and it was declined. I laughed and told him there is no way it denied for insufficient funds since I knew I had more than enough money to cover the purchase of 2qts of oil. The new cashier reluctantly retried but this time keyed in the card. To his amazement it went through. I told him that my daughter had the money in her account as well and should had been able to process her payment. They tried blaming it on the chip. We both went to multiple places afterwards and made several purchases with no problems. Would have been nice if they would have some compassion instead of acting like they didn't have time nor wanted to be bothered by 2 women. If she wouldn't have needed the oil we would have went to advance or o'reilly next time. Shame since the store is less than a mile from my house."
