McDonald's North Carolina 226, Spruce Pine, NC 28777

"Went through drive thru, ordered 4 double cheese burgers got home. 15 min away. Nothing on sandwiches! So go 15 min back to get new ones. Sandwichs cold at this point! Manager comes to window says they're closing in 20 minutes and gives me the condiments in a damn box! Said it was because they were ABOUT to close. I was so mad I couldn't think to argue about it. Why is it so hard for people to treat others the way they would want to be treated? Went to pizza hut next door at 10:57, closes at 11. They took my order and didn't say anything about the time!"

"Went to the drive through but it was barely moving. Went inside for a sausage McDuffieno egg just sausage and cheese. There was only one person in front of me. Took so long got in the car and it was all wrong. They gave me a sausage biscuit just sausage. They never get the order right. How hard is it? You don't need a college education. Drives me nuts, I can take waiting but at least give me what I ordered and paid for. Mc Donald's is getting worse and worse."

"Didn't really have a problem until recently. Was told to pull into a spot, I did and sat there for about 7 minutes. Only for someone to come out and ask what I had because they couldn't find my order. Then they bring it out and everything is cold. Why do I have to wait for almost 20 minutes total for cold food? And this isn't the first time I've had cold food after waiting. They need someone to come in and manage them because these people are just running things how they want and not how they should be"

"Dinner time this place goes down hill,no matter what Manager is working it seems, they give you old cold food,and catch an attitude if you ask for fresh food. Wouldn't waste my time nor my money there. Friendly service but the food sucks. Come on get it together you'll only making sandwiches a no-brainer."

"Ordered 2 Doble quarter pounder and what we received was 10pcs of chicken nuggets and one doble quarter. ALL our orders 99.9% of the time are wrong, this is THE WORST McDonald’s over this area, if you can go to another restaurant please save you a headache."
