"The bread is definitely not not fresh nor the cookies, the employees were very good and pleasant to deal with, but the eat fresh for this subway is not happening, I eat there every time I drive through there which is about 50 or so times a year and it all used to be fresh but my last 6 to 8 visits have not been to satisfying."

"We ordered our food off the app. My family got a total of 3 subs. One was supposed to be flat bread and it was white instead. Not too big of an issue. The lady behind the counter was not friendly. She huffed at us when we told her we needed our cups that came with our meals. We get over to the drink fountain where the floor is insanely sticky. We then got our fountain drinks which tasted terrible. Maybe something was wrong with the machine. When I went over to mention to the worker, there was no one to be seen. After waiting a couple of minutes, we got the chips that came with our meals and left."
