"As I was passing through Downtown Banner Elk, I saw this place and noticed there was coffee served there! I thought it was super cool that it was in a train caboose! Walked in and realized it was a flower shop as well. Which is cool! Anyway, I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte with whole milk. It was one of the best pumpkin spices I ever had. Marlee was my barista. She was very personable and kind. You could actually tell she cared about making a quality latte and took the time to do so. This is a very small shop but very cool! So go check them out! Hope they can have some outdoor seating sometime. :)"

One other place made me feel rushed and unimportant when I stated that I was on a budget. However, Cellista Flowers was amazing to deal with. Christy made me feel important and valued my business. The customer service over the phone was wonderful. The flowers were extremely beautiful and delivered as promised on time. My friend loved them. Christy even sent me a picture of the arrangement before delivering it. That is above and beyond if you ask me. I highly recommend them."
