When he threatened to take them to court they tried to spin it, and they failed because they fixed it… after O’Reilly did them a solid and transferred the warranty on the part from another shop! Didn’t want to pay for their own mistakes or be honest about it. The service was bad, he will never come here again. Don’t let the snake in the grass bite you!"

"Man was very rude and refused to inspect my truck at all. I have a 1997 Ford Ranger. I had gotten rear ended which pushed the bumper up, but the vehicle is roadworthy and everything works. I have been going there for the past three years, and never had a problem. I am elderly and disabled and that vehicle is my lifeline to get to the grocery store and the post office. Even if he had failed me on my inspection, that would at least buy me time to make any affordable repairs. I barely leave the house anymore anyway because of all the robberies I have endured. I would not recommend this shop, the owner has mental issues. He either hates Yankees or women, I have never been treated so poorly by these people before, and I am quite distraught. The DMV has seen pictures of my truck, and they say it is fine. So what if it isn't as pretty as she used to be. Neither am I!"
