"where to start.... the place WAS busy, but the time it took to get the food, it should have at least been hot. the tenders were luke warm at best, the fries were warmer, I will say that. I got the 3 piece tender combo, louisiana rub (the seasoning was scarce on the fries, and very un-even on the tenders) and voodoo fries. most of the flavor on the tenders was butter?? not much seasoning at all. the fries were good, but in an insanely small plate INSIDE the outer tray. not sure why they didn't just put the fries in the black tray, but ok. the ranch was good, and the cheese sauce tasted exactly like the fritos cheese dip you buy at the store. don't waste your time coming here, pick somewhere else, anywhere else."

"I never post reviews but I felt like I just had too. I used to love Wingstop I picked up my order last night didn’t even receive the correct order, once I got home the fries were cold I gave it grace since I did take out although I was on time for pick up. The chicken wings ( wrong order) were so burnt I was scared I was going to get food poisoning, they were hard as a rock and way over cooked, I was super disappointed. 0/10 will not be back"

"The general manager Sabrina was not talking with her staff in a matter that would create a pleasing atmosphere to work in! Customers were in the store hearing how the manager was speaking negatively to the staff. One staff member even started crying out of frustration. Keri was an amazing cashier rung up the order correctly and still receive the incorrect food after waiting 25mins in a hostile work environment. Police was called and it was very disappointing for this to be my first visit to wing stop! Happy employees start with management working in customer service for 15 years no employee was happy at that location!! This is worth speaking on!!!"

"I ordered online, got there 30 minutes later to give them enough time, then had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. It shouldn’t take an hour for two small entrees. Asked them repeatedly to check on my food because i noticed people with pick up times later than mine were getting their food and they told me it wasn’t ready. Then on my fourth time asking, they told me it was ready and it was already sitting on the counter. One lady had to apologize to everyone for the wait when she gave them their food. I originally left 1 star but felt bad for her since all the other workers were just talking and not doing any work, while she was doing everything with 10+ people waiting in the front."
