"The only reason I went inside McDonald's was because I couldn't get to my favorites, and it's not so much as McDonald's food is terrible actually the fries fresh out of the grease is my only favorite, the young people who fix your food order is the reason I only trust the fries remember coming straight up out of hot grease. I am old school they were the best cooks many are dead and gone now so the old school cooking techniques is only know by a few of the younger generation. I was inside a friend's home she wanted to cook me a meal, she asked me how long do you boil water before you cook it. I got afraid of her culinary skills and said take care see you later."

"The food was ready fairly quick and the valley was really sweet...I normally don't eat fast food but I enjoyed my big Mac combo today. Also hash no problems redeeming my mobile coupon."

"There is no consistency with management. Only one manager does her job and is constantly apologizing daily for staff issues. My last five on line or app orders were wrong. When I came into the restaurant to address it, the staff always behaved as if I were bothering them or it’s my fault. I drive all the way to the McDonalds in Rural Hall or Reynolda Rd. where the staff is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and my food is never wrong."

"I went around 11:15am & placed a simple order the drive-thru of a Bacon Quarter Pounder without oinions, Dr. Pepper no ice, & 2 cheeseburgers no onions. The lady at the 1st window was courteous. At the 2nd window the young lady handed us the drink which was mostly ice, they told us to pull up to the line since they had to make the quarter pounder. We waited about 15 minutes until I saw another young lady take an order to another car that came after us. I informed her about my order & she just nodded. After another 5 minutes I went inside & saw the same young lady just sitting against the counter talking. When she noticed me she went over near the drive thru window. After waiting inside another 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging the fact that there was a customer at the register the same girl peaks around a small corner, sees me, then walks out & gives me my order. When I got home my quarter pounder was full of onions as were the cheeseburgers. I have an onion allergy so I couldn't even eat my food. I use to like this McDonald's, but if they kee hiring irresponsible young kids then they'll end up losing A LOT of business. I hope a manager reaches out to me since nobody there knows how to pick up a phone."
