"The worst Sweet Frog I have ever been to. Majority of the frozen yogurt flavors were not available. Everything was dirty. There was a HAIR in the strawberries I put on top of my frozen yogurt. There was one staff member who hid in the back and only came up to check us out but was on her phone and not very friendly. Will not visit again. Very disappointed."
"If you can't get enough sugar, this is the place to come. Start with some tasty flavored frozen yogurt. Add a sugary topping. Add another sugary topping. Add another. Keep adding until it just slides off and you can't fit anymore. Then weigh it and pay by weight. They have LOTS of toppings to choose from including nuts and fruit."
"Everything at SweetFrog is wonderful. The service is great and the sweets are as usual. The issue I have is ownership/management. Ever since ownership changed they do not have enough help to manage the store as they need to. If a big rush comes in there is no way that one person can handle all the duties that need to be accomplished. The owner absolutely needs to fix the staffing issues. Bring on more staff.."
