"After watching first hand of how a miss communication was handled, I decided not to bring my vehicle here. First, I was with the customer when he was waiting for a quote and we finally had to show up in person before we finally received it. There was a miss communication about the price on both ends about the total price for two separate incidents. I would expect a company to say the total price combined since the truck was all getting fixed at the same time, but this did not happen. Second, the truck was supposed to be finished on a Wednesday and the customer did not receive a call to say wether it was finished or if they needed more time. We called to check on the truck on the Wednesday, spoke with the receptionist, were supposed to receive a call back on the status of the truck, but we never heard anything back. We waited until Friday to receive a call, but that never came. We called Friday to see if the truck was done, that’s when we found out it was finished, and then we finally received both quotes added together for the total amount. It was a lot higher than anticipated because we thought the amount was already added once we received the second quote, but it was not. Once something was said about the price, we received a very strong attitude defending the price. Once in person, the owner decided to start yelling and even said the customer couldn’t take his truck when the customer was willing to pay? The owner also said “we’ll take it to the next step”, and threated to call the law when the customer wasn’t refusing to pay, and was being very calm about the situation being that the price was a lot more than anticipated. Very unprofessional from my perspective, and I would not recommend doing business here."
