"I order 2 single espresso shots everyday half the time they make it 1 double which is more expensive.....makes no sense it's the same thing......this morning I went inside and placed my regular order it was poured out of a tin cup not made fresh..... from now on I will go to Advance or Salisbury......This used to be a great store but not anymore."

"The internet says the store opens at 5:00 a.m. everyday the app let me place an order Saturday at 5:00 a.m. When I got to the store it was closed. The employee said they didn't open untill 6:00 a.m. I had to be at work at 6:00 a.m. so I did not get my food, they could not cancel my order and told me I had to contact customer service on the app to cancel. Very disappointed. The time needs to be changed on the internet and the app."

"Absolutely horrible! Food & Service is by far the worst. Donuts were old and stale! Hot latte iced cold ! They never put expresso in the latte they use coffee instead! 5 people standing around doing nothing! Worst Dunkin’ ever! Lazy sloths! This place is a nightmare every time. Dirty trash hole! My other iced latte looked like they gave me the bottom of the whip can and has no expresso!"

"There was no variety of donuts available at 4:45 pm. I asked the cashier if any more were going to be stocked and she just shrugged and said "no, they only get made in the morning." Almost all of the trays were empty. Why even be open for business?"
