"Went in and asked for 4 tires to be put on and an oil change, was charged for extra things I did not ask for, and was not consulted about the extra things before they were done. I’m just lucky I had enough money for once to pay the difference, but it cut into my grocery fund for the week. They need to be transparent about prices in these tough times and only do what is asked for, or at least let customers know before they do it. Service desk was very nice though. Will not be back when I need car maintenance again."
"A big thank you to the staff at Walmart Auto Care for helping us. We got a flat on the Blue Ridge Parkway 200 miles from our destination after all other tire places had closed. "We got a flat tire driving through NC and were able to put a spare on and make it to the auto center. Thankfully the staff was helpful on the phone and in person Chris provided excellent service. We replaced our tires within about an hour and he was very kind and helpful. We drove another 8 hours home that day and were very grateful. Staff were all very nice. Great value on tires."
