"I have been here twice, both times due to a nail being in my tire. My tire is not an average size, but they have always been able to order and receive them in quickly. A relief when you only have one vehicle. The staff have always been helpful, well mannered, and knowledgable in their field. There are vending machines in the waiting area. As long as I live in Mount Airy, this will be my go to tire place. No complaints."

"Leaving North Carolina after vacation heading back to Michigan I end up having two dry rotted tires (praising God they were still holding air) that expose themselves (split all around the side well and peeling back) at the Virginia welcome center when we woke up. I called Walmart and a half dozen other tire stores couldn't get tires for at least two days due to the size, 14 inch rim size tires are hard to come by and I only had one spare and over 600 miles still to go. I contacted Parrish tire he check stock had six tires available at the time I only thought I needed two so I was thankful I carefully and slowly made my way to them on a early Saturday morning which they had limited hours (7:30-Noon) needless to say I made it safely, they had me in within 20 minutes two tires replaced within 30 minutes and check the other two tires which also were dry rotted but hadn't completely peeled off as the other two had. So I ended up doing all four tires they had me back on the road before I could even get breakfast from McDonald's and get back. Praising God for not only their customer service but their ability and willingness to go above and beyond to get me safely back on the road and home before dark. Thank you Parrish tire. And just because you have tread doesn't mean your tires aren't dry rotted have them checked before you travel as roadside assistance is far more expensive then replacing tires."
