"All Bojangles in the triad are going down hill, this one is no different. Not sure what I got, but it was not Chicken or a recognizable meat. They replaced it with no fuse, but I am find the entire food chain needs an overhaul."

You don't get what you order and today at 12 noon there out of chickin breast, the chickin we did get wasnt up to what if should have been...dry hard. "They are ALWAYS out of chicken on Sunday afternoons after church. They expect you to wait 15-20 minutes for chicken. Then 9 out of 10 times the orders are wrong. KFC up the road gets a lot of business because of this poorly run Bojangles. This place just needs to close."
"It is usually a good place to eat but it does depend on who is working that day. Most of the employees are very nice but there are a couple who haven't been very nice. The dining room is so-so. There are times when it is clean and there are times it isn't."
