Lowe's Distribution Center

"Don’t expect to get orders delivered from Lowes in a timely manner. I’ve been promised a delivery date for the same item 3 different times. Today is the third time and it was supposed to be delivered between 10:00and 2:00pm. It’s now 6:30 and it’s still undelivered. The fulfillment clerk has now told me that it was loaded this morning but a communication from the truck says it’s missing. She put in a claim and told me I’ll hear from someone within 24 hours and to set a new delivery date. LOWES is NOT reliable as far as customer service is concerned. If you can shop anywhere else, do it!"

"Good place to deliver load. No overnight parking but can use washroom at security check-in office. Will get unloaded within 30-40mins. Common entrance for truck and car from the street and once in the premises, will see truck yard on your left side with a big gate and guard office. Directions: Keep following Hwy 268 West once got off from I77 and take left on River Rd after almost 22 miles. Their Receiving office is next to dock 30."

"Product shipped from this facility should not have been shipped. We recieved damaged product. It was packed in the open boxes damaged. Now we have to load up our vehicle and return the items to our nearest Lowes. There was no suggestions on how to remedy this issue by the people we contacted by phone. The project is now a month behind. Never got a return call on if they found product to replace the damaged flooring."
