"Call and call and never answer the phone and I drive there and everyone standing round doin absolutely nothing .have done this several times. Good thing Givonnias pizza is open and right up the road. Seems like they need some management. There lucky I gave them 1 star.they don't deserve that.."
"Tried calling my order in for 15/20 minutes. I called 10 times in that time, I never got an answer. We live about 20 minutes from this location but the one close to us is an express and doesn't make everything. Once my wife got to the store there was one car in the drive through and one person inside waiting. The people inside were not friendly. I ordered the new calzone pizza, the young girl in the drive through window tried to talk me out of ordering the calzone pizza, after we just drove from another town just for this specific pizza. Then she yelled to the guy making the pizza, "you're gonna hate me, I've got another calzone order". I ordered the pizza, some cheese bread, 2 jalapeno cheddar cups and crazy sauce. Then she had me pull up to wait "10 minutes" on my order. I waited for five in my car and then went inside to finish waiting. I waited overall 20 minutes after I ordered, watching several people that had online orders come and go. Once I got my order I didn't check the sauces before I left the store. When I got home I had no cheddar cups but 4 garlic butter sauces. I checked my receipt and she charged me $2.50 for all of those garlic sauces. We started to eat the calzone pizza and the guy had done a terrible job at making it. There wasn't hardly anything in the calzone parts of the pizza it was mostly bread with a little bit of cheese. I am so disappointed in the pizza. We love Little Caesars, we order their pizza at least once a week. I have not ever been so upset at the service I received here last Wednesday. I called corporate and thankfully they said they will refund my money. (Said it would take 3-5 days) It still just disappointed me that the only thing we really ate was the cheese bread which was good. 4 days later the pizza only has two pieces missing and is still in our refrigerator about to be thrown out. Such a waste."
"Good pizza and prices but they take for freakin ever! Is never ready on time. Definitely needs help. Update gave them another chance. Place is so far behind they don’t even know what to do. Management needs to get their shot together here!"
"I have been here two times in a week for only a cheese pizza and both times i have had to pull up and wait 15 to 20 minutes both times.I definitely do not recommend this location unless you have plenty of time to wait, very poorly run and scheduling"
"Placed an order online for a custom pizza around 5:45 p.m. and received the confirmation email 3-4 minutes later. In the online ordering, it told me that my pizza would be ready between 6:27 and 6:34 p.m. Normally, when complete I receive an email notifying me as such. This evening, I waited until 6:45, and finally just went to the drive thru to check. I was actually surprised to find that it was in fact ready. No sweat. A little late, and no email, but no big deal. The kicker to this is that when I got home, I found that one of my custom ingredients (pineapple) wasn't even on the pizza. Here I am at 8:15:p.m, having completed our pizza, sans pineapple, and still haven't received the email letting me know it was ready. Honestly, it's only a pizza, and my life isn't ruined, and the pizza I received was pretty decent. However, I spent nearly $25.00 on what most would consider a medium pizza, and didn't receive what I paid for. I waited far too long for a pizza that came from a place with a drive thru, and if I had waited on the email to pick it up, I would apparently still be there, at 8:22 p.m I understand that it's very difficult to find great staff for positions like this. So, you can only expect so much, but this location seems to lack any leadership. It shows in the service and the quality."
