"My daughter was seen by Doctor Kwong many times last year. He was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. He removed a lymphoma in her neck, and because of another disease, the infection was hard to control. He worked with my daughter’s doctors for a better outcome of her treatment and recovery. I highly recommend Dr.Kwong."

"I would NOT recommend anyone to take their child to see Dr. Kwon. He is very insensitive and impatient, why he’s working with children? Who knows?! The first few times I’ve been there they were okay but he began getting impatient with me because I didn’t want my son to do ear tube surgery right away. Seems to me that he just wanted fast money and another surgery under his belt. Well fast forward, on my very last visit with him he was so rude. My son was 2 at the time and like any other toddler he was just having a bad day and was not cooperative. Dr. Kwon kept making faces and had another nurse come in to hold my son down while checking his ears. Then he dares to ask me if my son had any behavioral problems and I said to him “no he’s 2 years old and is just having a day”. Then he proceeds to ask me how many words my son can say because he can’t understand anything that is coming out of his mouth. He made me feel that something was wrong with my son when there is not. I think he should stay in his field-ENT NOT child psychiatry or speech therapy. Thank God I didn’t proceed with doing surgery with him!"

"Great dr. Explained everything. Very thorough and great with kids. No wait and very nice staff in the office and whole building. It was worth the hour and half drive."

"If i can give zero stars i would. I have been waiting since May to get an appointment date for my sons surgery. Every time i call the office i get no answer. I call about 2 a day and still no answer. Also my son’s pediatrician asked how the surgery go when he went for his 4yr check up because on the chart they had put that he got the surgery when in fact he did NOT!!! Very unprofessional…."
