"Took my son here for the first time. My appointment was at 3, i sat in the exam room for an hour waiting to be seen! I waited so long a nurse walked by and didn’t even know i was still there! So she went in the doctor office and there she was sitting in her office eating snacks... on my appointment time! How inconsiderate!"

"I came here for COVID-19 testing only and it was pretty quick. I got there about 10 minutes before 8am (opening time on Saturday) and it opened 10 minutes late. The entrance to the testing area is a fenced gate next to the Spring Bank on Gerard Avenue. They have a priority line for NYC H+H and city employees (on the right hand window but the line to get swabbed is on the left hand side by the barricades). I pre-registered online so intake only took a minute. I docked a star for the late opening (on a cold, rainy day), one of the intake reps wasn't wearing a mask before she opened her window, and one of the swab nurses was on the phone completely ignoring that people needed to be tested (her fellow nurse in a different station wasn't happy lol). *Update* Hours as of 1/4 are Monday-Sunday 7am-7pm but check NYC H+H site for updated hours and holiday closings. You can grab one (1) free rapid COVID-19 home test kit from one of the representatives with a NYC H+H ID badge (you don't have to wait in the testing line). Only one test per person (you can not get a test for someone who is not physically there at the site) and you can't get a test if you're getting tested that day. The lines have been crazy long so it's best to get there before they open so you have a short (less than 45 mins) wait. This site only does PCR testing."

"On of worst medical center in city. Staff are not helpful, behave arrogant. Specially in eye clinic. There are two doctor. When I go over there there is only one patient. After that patient took her treatment they are free but they don’t call me for long time. Because I didn’t have any appointment. But clinic had no patient that time and it was morning but they don’t care about to taking care me. I waited 1 and half hour and came back home without taking care. And I was only one patient that time."

"DON'T go to this Place. I Schedule am appointment with the pediatric for my Daughter for the first time. Once I Got too my Appointment I was told by the Staff that she has No appointment but I can wait till 2pm. Mind you my Appointment was 9:30 and these fools telling me to wait untill 2pm. I will never take back my daughter at this Place. I ask to speak to a Manager and I keep getting put of and on too the next Staff very No one have any clue what going on."
