"Have no experience with this place because they never returned 2 calls to make an appointment with a referral. Called on 6/9. Message said high call volume, to leave a message on a service which was monitored several times daily and a return call would be made within 48 hours. Heard nothing on Fri and so on Mon left another message with a different phone number where I could be reached in case the other one was not answered. It is now 6/15 and I am holding on to little hope they will ever return the calls. So much for referrals and for even if they would return my calls, I'm not sure this is where I would entrust my care. They have not instilled in me anything that suggests concern or reliability. If they simply are not taking new patients, this should be disclosed up front instead of asking prospective referrals to leave a message."
"Very unprofessional doctor My 78 yo mother-in-law went to see doctor Sean Ryan for Aortic Aneurysm Wich her primary doctor referred her to this guy, When she got there for her appointment the doctor told her he didn't know anything about her problem and he didn't know what she was doing in his office, after she explained to him her symptoms and asked him about the pain she is having very frequently he just told her "I'm not a pain management doctor" What kind of doctor are you then ?? He didn't even check her But her insurance was charge for the visit, she walked out with more questions and a very bad experience with this doctor You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people like that you are a joke !"
"My 91 year old mother had an appointment with the PA this past week, after having waited for several months for her appointment. She was misdirected to their old location on Kings Row, and ended up being 15 minutes late to the appointment at the office on Kings Hwy. She was told they could not see her and had to reschedule, and wait another month. That is NOT the way to treat an elderly patient! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMPROPER TREATMENT OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN!"
"Find another practice! Made an appointment with this group after having open heart surgery. Took nearly 8 months to schedule a first time visit. Received a phone call 3- 4 months prior to my appointment telling me that they could not see me and needed to change the location and my date for a few weeks later. No problem. Couldn't go to Millville needed to go to Lewis. OK. Received a phone call the day before my appointment telling me that I would need to see a Physician Assistant and that the appointment was a virtual appointment. I stressed that this appointment was a first time visit and that I would like to see a Cardiologist and that I have been waiting for 8 months. NO WAY. I asked how they could listen to my heart? How could they check my lungs? How could they do an EKG? This is a first time visit that I have waited over 8 months. Why wasn't I notified earlier? Why did they wait until the day before my appointment to tell me that I would not see a Cardiologist? I told them that they need to stop writing checks that they can't cash! If you can't provide a quality service, perhaps you should stop taking appointments until you can provide a quality service with new first time patients being able to see a physician. This appears to me to be a complete Medicare money grab. This practice has no baseline. They have never seen me. They have no first hand knowledge of my medical history. All they wanted to do was schedule a virtual appointment of a new patient and bill Medicare. My strong advise - If you are a new patient, and a practice can't make time to see you with a physician, (especially when it is a heart patient) Run! This practice is a joke and I wouldn't let them put a band-aid on me! Too many of these Dr's think their hands have been touched by God- I will go to Philadelphia for my medical needs - thanks for nothing Cardiovascular Consultants of Southern Delaware."
