"This is my first time going to Bayhealth. The two young ladies at the front were nice. So was my nurse. However, Ive never been timed to use the bathroom for a drug screening. Nor have I had trouble providing one either. I was there for about 3 hours drinking more and more water so I can provide the specimen. You only get 4 little styrofoam cups… The whole experience is weird to me. I had to do this for my new job and Bayhealth didn’t even ask if I take any medications before taking the drug test. I didn’t realize until after the fact … I would think they would do so being that I am not a regular patient at this establishment and this is for PRE EMPLOYMENT drug testing. So I had to get a clearance letter.. from my dr stating he prescribed me the medications that came up in the drug test. I went in for my physical as well. The Nurse Practitioner had a condescending attitude.. When she came in she just looked at me. Didn’t say hi or introduce herself. So I said “ HI HOW ARE YOU? WHAT IS YOUR NAME?” Her name is Jasvir Kaur. Why did I have to ask you who you were when entering the room? Bayhealth needs to ask every patient before doing anything especially drug screenings if they are taking any medication from their primary care doctor..it saves a lot of time and irritation. I have NEVER been to a place like this in my life. I will never go back."

"TERRIBLE! Please do not go to this location! They are racists! I couldn’t believe i witnessed them talking about “blacks” and their co workers at the nurses station . Whoever those girls are in that office DO NOT need to work there! I believe the manager is Dawn, i complained to her and she was very disinterested. I will never come here again. This is not how a manager should allow an establishment to be ran. I will be taking this to the president of Bayhealth!"

"The area and bathroom for drug screening is inadequate and flawed. No place to put your specimen except the cold tile floor which than drops the temperature on the urine specimen and you fail. Medical Assistants in the clinical area are useless. Bayhealth needs to revise their policies and correct their facilities."

"Definitely the worst doctors office I've been to. I needed help in finding out how to get a sleep apnea test so I could keep my CDL. Instead of helping and advising, they chose to interrupt when I was scared of loosing my job, they told me it's not their responsibility, they accused me or rudeness even though I never used profane language, never insulted them, and never raised my voice. I tried to explain that I tried for 4 months to contact the other Bay Health locations, and they either didn't answer phone, or just kept passing me around to other people. I just moved to Delaware not ago, and have been having trouble getting a PCP due to COVID and no one accepting new patients, so I was at this office's mercy. And they failed miserably. I seriously hope this isn't the best Dover had to offer."
