"I had an overnight sleep study last night and the tech Patrick was amazing. I was having a lot of anxiety with the test and the whole time he was very kind, understanding, and professional. It's hard to find understanding people when you have struggle mentally, so this was very much appreciated. I'm giving 5 stars just for the technician. The only "problem" I had with the sleep center which isn't much of a problem, is when I came to pick up the at home test I thought it was at the hospital instead of in the same parking lot. Nonetheless, that was more user error than on them. Patrick deserves a raise!"

"I was referred here for an At Home sleep study using the WatchPat One device. The finger probe was very painful which caused me to NOT sleep AT ALL the entire night. (I typically only get about 4 hours of sleep anyway) I did not send over the data the next morning because I knew I did NOT sleep, and called the center to tell them the situation. I was told that the data was sent over by the app anyway, and they will get back to me about doing it over. Then I received a bill for $1500! They billed my insurance over $2000! They say "the data" shows I SLEPT FOR 7 HOURS!!! Not possible! Also I was NOT informed about any other cost besides the bill I paid for the study!! They believe the App data over the human!! This is insane! I have tried to resolve this with billing and with the Community medical center patient advocate. I am now going to the next level to have this issue investigated and anyone can use this SAME device including data analysis for $159 -$200 on sleep disorder websites! I feel that this is unethical!"

"The technician was phenomenal (I'm just sorry I didn't get her name), she mad my Mom feel at ease. This place is immaculate, clean, the rooms were very cozy, hotel like, with a TV, a chair, a sink in each room. A little kitchen with little cereal boxes, bagels & coffee for the morning, juices, milk & water. I would highly recommend this place to anyone if they have to do a sleep study."
