"Zero stars would be better suited. Use this AAA if you would like to get your car permanently destroyed. I used the service in November and I am still trying to rebuild my engine. On top of just horrific knowledge of cars, they are very rude. PLEASE use any other company and avoid the disaster that I am still experiencing."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE I brought my car here out of convenience because it was the closest location to where I broke down - huge mistake. My car needed hose replacement, coolant flush and thermostat replacement. Picked the car up, then broke down AGAIN 4 days later. After bringing it back to a different mechanic, they explained that whatever AAA did caused the coolant to mix with oil, resulting in a blown head gasket. Their insurance company is now involved and it has become a massive headache. Save yourself the time and pain and DO NOT GO HERE"
