"if i could give 0 stars, i would. i have never been here and not had to wait in the waiting room for ATLEAST 45 minutes-an hour or longer. appt was at 10:45 today, checked in at 10:45, 11:45 comes and i ask why we are still waiting, they said “your appointment was at 10:45” and i said “yeah we’ve been here since 10:45” they don’t even know how to do their job and check people in for their appointments. woman at the desk said “the doctor will try to squeeze you in today” what do you mean “try”? this appt was made 4 months ago and we showed up ON TIME, and they act like it’s other people’s mistake when they they check someone in properly. obnoxious."
"My appointment was made 4 months in advance for 10:45am, i got here at 10:43, waited in the waiting room for over an hour and when i finally went up to ask how much longer the counter woman who “checked me in” NEVER checked me in i was sitting waiting for nothing. Was VERY late to work because of this inconvenience. They clearly need to train their staff MUCH better because God forsake i was here for a medical emergency and they would have never even gotten to me because of the incompetence of their staff working at the front desk. Highly disappointed and now i’m gonna have to start driving even further than my house because i will not be coming back to this location due to their untrained staff. 0 stars."
"Dr Amanda Malik is amazing. Her customer service is superb. She made me feel safe and comfortable as a patient. The office staff was respectful and personable. They were pleasant to everyone that they spoke with."
"I used to love Cooper Multispecialty. When I first started going in 2020, the doctors and staff seemed to care so much about patients. But things have changed drastically. No matter how many times I call, request a refill or message a provider in the app, I get ignored. My doctor has been out of the office for months and none of the doctors I've seen have been able to alter my existing prescriptions in any way. They keep telling me to "wait until your doctor comes back" but I've been waiting for 6 months and nobody seems to have any interest in helping me. In February, I sent so many messages begging for assistance with an issue and I was ignored for several days until a member of the staff finally took pity on me and called me back. Currently, I've been trying to get a prescription filled for over a week. The app says that my messages have been read by staff (sometimes only minutes after I've sent them) and yet no one has returned a message, a call or sent anything to my pharmacy. Today I had to call out of work because my symptoms were bad and I have no medication to stabilize them. This used to be a medical center that I could trust and that made me and my partner feel valued and safe. But in 2022, I couldn't feel more invisible to Cooper Multispecialty. But while my doctor has been out, Dr. Decker has been amazing. I've seen him twice, both sick visits, and both times, Dr. Decker made me feel like I've been seeing him for 10 years. He's friendly, he's knowledgeable, he genuinely listens to what you have to say. These last 6 months have not been ideal but I'm glad I was able to see Dr. Decker when I needed him. I'm extremely grateful to him for that."
"Worst doctor I have ever been to. The front desk lied to me to get my signature on an electronic pad and then applied it to a bunch of consent forms Ive never seen before. Dr. Elshoreya is the most incompetent doctor Ive ever seen. He is rude, disrespects women (including his nurses), and does things without even discussing them with you. He should absolutely not be working with women at all, especially pregnant women. He has laughed at me during appointments and rolled his eyes at concerns. The one star is for Dr. Victoria. If you have to be seen at this location Dr. Victoria is the only doctor you should see. Dr. Elshoreya needs to change his career because degrading women is unacceptable. He has been extremely inappropriate to me and my husband through every appointment. He is the reason I will never go into an exam room alone with a doctor again."
