"I needed to find a new Dr. But wanted to stay with Virtua. My first appointment was telemed and I had my second appointment in person today. The staff was very warm and friendly. When I walked in the girl who checked me in was so friendly and nice. Actually all 4 girls behind the desk were so nice friendly and helpful. I met with Dr.. Subramanya and she Was amazing. It has been a very long time since I was able to address all my questions and concerns without being made to feel like I had to get all my concerns out in two minutes because the dr was too busy. I spoke with the Dr. about the issues I was having and put together a game plan to move forward so I can start feeling better. It was such a pleasant experience that I have had with this office I would recommend this Virtua location to everyone. Thank you for hearing and listening and just providing an unbelievable positive experience...."

"Administration here is TERRIBLE. They've given me the wrong lab orders in the past. If you need a form filled out, or paperwork, you must badger them CONSTANTLY or if will be forgotten. It shouldn't be my job to constantly follow up with them to make sure they're actually putting in my lab orders. Incompetent with a capital I, avoid the headache and find another doctor."
