"Long waiting time"
"I thought Doctor York was a doctor who takes care of patients and tries to help them. However, from my last visit, I see their true face. I was wondering. They asked me to pay for last year's visit, but they didn't send me the bill. They didn't provide me with any information about it beforehand. During my last visit, I waited for 2 hours in the office, and in the end, they informed me that I either needed to make a payment for last year's visit or leave the office. Awful. I would have understood if they had informed me of this issue when I arrived at the office, not after waiting for 2 hours. It reflects the unprofessionalism of the people working there. I don't appreciate the nurse and lady at the front desk as they are disrespectful."
