"Worst customer service experience, office secretary its not properly trained to answer the basic of questions and is extremely rude. Obviously their calls are not being monitored or recorded, otherwise she wouldn't be as self-righteous and rude, if she cares about her job which I doubt."

Patient privacy is often times mishandled, too. If you need a quality professional health service provider - do yourself a favor and stay away!"
