"I was seen by Galen A Centeno. I came in for a simple procedure that I have had done at an urgent care before, it was quick and painless and I watched, however this provider was negligent. When I first showed up for my appointment they couldn’t find it in the system to no surprise. This doctor made an incision in the wrong spot, causing me immense pain and a lot of bleeding. I was not numbed for this deep of an incision, I still have pus that wasn’t drained, and now trauma from this experience. This provider seemed clueless as to what the correct procedure was and even how to use the instruments. It was only when he was trying to stop my bleeding that he asked me if I was up to date with my tetanus shot or If i had taken other medication. He put a bandaid over it and i had to ask him to wrap it better with gauze. The unnecessary pain and torture I had to endure was due to his malpractice. He completely ignored another issue I was having and prescribed me antibiotics anyways. I left feeling lightheaded and with a raging headache that lasted all night from the experience. Dr. Shalini and Hiral are good, knowledgeable, compassionate and work well."

They listen to all my concerns and take my care seriously. Serena, who works at the front desk, is the backbone of the office. I ask to speak to her whenever I call, as I know I can trust her to help me with any issues. Serena is an indispensable member of the team who continuously demonstrates kindness and respect."

"I have been a patient of Dr Anita Jasani for 11 years. It was great, until recently. I have written reviews recently and was asked if I would take them down! Which I did out of respect for Dr Jasani…. Only reason!! Well I cannot do it anymore with the front staff, they are SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I say that I am Mainly talking about SELENA!!! She IS the MOST NASTY PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I have been going through medical issues the past few months, I could not get in to the office because I seem to be infuriating SELENA and multiple times I made appointments only to leave work early to get there and I’m told they never put my appointment in the system, even lying about there is a patient with the exact same name as me and they made the appointment for her!! So untrue!!! I had very serious issues going on when I called them on June 2 they were not able to get me in until June 23, which was when Dr. Jasani did all my testing . Dr said she wanted to see me in two weeks follow up so to the front desk gives me July 25, which was technically over a month, I actually had to go to a different doctor in the meantime because I was getting worse and I even went to the emergency room. That’s how this front desk operates and especially Selena. I am writing this now because I just called the office July 27 th asking very politely if I can please leave a message for Dr. Jasani that when I was in on July 25 I let her know my throat was hurting. She thought it might be acid reflux I’ve been taking medication for that but my throat is worse and I am running a fever , Selena answered the phone when I said my name she changed her entire demeanor and was nasty nasty as anything to me. I couldn’t have been any sweeter to her but I am so fed up of trying to deal with her. I literally said thank you so much and she SLAMMED THE phone down on me. I refuse to tolerate this from her , so I will stay with Dr JASANI until she feels that maybe she needs to dismiss me from her practice because of this but other than that I thoroughly enjoy going to Dr JASANI as my doctor for 11 years, but if Selena cannot be reprimanded the right way after so many complaints about her in all these reviews and she’s still doing the same thing that’s just not professional . So she nastily told me Dr Jasani will get back to me sometime tomorrow which is July 28. I don’t feel very confident that that will happen because I’m not sure if she’ll even give her the message that’s how she treats me she treats me like no one should be treated. I say thank you to her. She ignores me. I’m just so tired of her treating me the way she does when I call the office why I bother her so much I have no idea , but I will never deal with Selena again and if Dr Jasani feels that she needs to dismiss me from the practice then I will have to find a new doctor that will have to be the end result but once again Selena needs to go she needs to stop treating me like this. I will not take it from her anymore . I’m sorry for this review Dr Jasani it’s not for you the one star it’s for the front desk and mostly Selena, I can’t deal with her anymore when I’m not feeling well and she treats me like this I it makes it that much worse she should not be working in a doctors office if she has no compassion for sick people. None whatsoever she is nasty the nastiest thing I have ever dealt with . Again I work for a doctors office if we ever ever slam the phone down in a patient’s ear we would not be picking the phone up ever again because we would be fired on the spot. All I can do now is hope that Dr. Jasani will give me a call because I am not feeling good. I have a fever and Dr knows what I’ve been going through recently.Again this Review is for Prime Care Medical front desk ESPECIALLY SELENA , I HOPE sooner or later the office will realize how she is, I’m sure to the Dr.’s she puts on a front like she does nothing wrong!!! Think again"

"First off the doctor I was seeing was great, the problem is this medical she works for. If you call to make an appointment good luck getting a human being on the phone, and when you do the person answering the phone is rude and acts like you're imposing on their time. If you leave a voicemail to request a call back, the odds are 50/50 you will get a returned call. Next time you call listen carefully to the automated message instructing you which prompts on the phone to push for what specific department you want, even that person that did the recording sounds irritated. Getting a prescription filled can also be difficult, with them telling me they sent over the request for a refill only to have my pharmacy tell me it was denied. I'm so done with these people."
