"I have had the worst experience with insurance in my whole life with this company. It has been 3 months of back-and-forth with the adjuster and appraiser and the shop. And now they are not willing to pay for the repairs. They are only giving a fraction of what it will cost about half. The rest I will have to come up without my pocket. I suggest you find a different Insurance Company."

"Have had hagerty insurance for over 6 years, asked to remove one car and add another, and am absolutely appalled about the hassle I got trying to remove one to add the other. They actually google earthed our home to look at vehicles on our property and questioned who was using what vehicle. Others in this house don’t use haggerty so what business is it if theirs to ask any questions other that the car intended to get insurance through them. I’m sorry we have stayed this long with this company, and we never had a claim! shame on treating your long term customers this way, we will be removing our cars from your company policy and will be letting all our classic cars owner friends know to cancel their cars with you and go with the better car insurance company that we found who treated us so well! Beware of this company!!!"

"Horrible service I signed up for the annual insurance along with the towing service. I called for a tow truck at 8am and requested a flatbed, driver shows 5 hours later with a hook tow. The tow company Dreamworks Auto and Hagerty apologized and promised that a flatbed would be onsite the following day at 9am. At 11:30 am I was told the job was just assigned to a driver and that he would be onsite roughly around 1:30pm. I cancelled all Hagerty services and went with another insurance company. Don't fall for all of their "bells and whistles".....Horrendous!"
