"Do not come to this practice if you are looking to feel like you matter as a patient while expecting a baby. Especially if its your first baby. I wish I followed my gut and switched practices when I had the chance. I'm convinced this is the WORST OB office in NYC. Awful experience throughout my whole pregnancy here."
"I had a scheduled sonogram test for my fistula. I usually check in with a person, but was forced to use the kiosk that day. I sat in the waiting room for two hours, waiting for the test to be performed. Where at that point another receptionist came up to me and told me that I didn’t check in at all, and that they made a mistake. I had to cancel my appointment with another doctor that day due to my wait time in he waiting room. I understand but it should be the receptionist job to make sure that I checked in through the kiosk, also I felt that with the mista I was looked over to tend to other patients. The receptionist who told me to go to the kiosk, never even apologized to me and made me feel like I was invisible. The one receptionist that I deal with is Michelle and she is great at her job. I wish there were more of her at this site. You need to inform your other receptionists that some people don’t feel comfortable using the kiosk to check in, but for some reason another, I am always forced to do it, if my vascular surgeon wasn’t there, I wouldn’t go there myself or recommend anybody else to go there. Poor customer service. Please educate your receptionist to be more caring and listen to the patients who show up. Customer service is key everyone! Also I have been there more than once for appointments and they always have an issue finding my insurance which then takes awhile to input my information in the system again. The system needs to be updated or fixed. I had returned to see my doctor and again the receptionist there was very rude as she attacked me even though she said she didn’t, and again it was about using the kiosk. She passed me on to one of the receptionist, and made me feel like I was wrong again their customer service is horrible. They really need training as I said before. If my doctor practices at another location, I may want to be there instead it’s a shame."
"I was calling for three weeks straight to have my prescription authorized and nurse Rhian, Ryan however you spell it, likes to do work when she feels like it. I had to leave my job and pull up to the place for this nurse and everyone else to help me. Done. Never again going back!!"
"If it wasn’t for my doctor I would never recommend.. the staff (labs) @50 Court street 6th floor are rude no common courtesy no customer service. Parking is HORRIBLE!!!! The office don’t give you a grace period because sometimes you are stuck in traffic or looking for parking and you don’t have the money to pay for parking They should have a designated area for parking patients. Had to do labs and I was scheduled not a walk in. They told me that they can’t see me. When you are in the healthcare field these younger generation don’t have no common courtesy just clock in and collect their pay Check. Im disgusted by the service by the laboratory staff. NYP should look this.. I’m pretty sure if was a different neighborhood or I was a different race or ethnicity the outcome would’ve been better"
"The office is clean and well kept. I also noticed that there is continuous cleaning of the seats after each patient is called in to see the doctor. Dr. Chase is good and knows his stuff and will answer all of your questions. They also do the X-ray on site so you don’t have to be seen elsewhere and come back another day."
