"Wow. Never got to the point for making the appointment. Rude and ill tempered "patient services" lady. I was trying to make an appointment for my wife and did not know an answer to one of the many seemingly unnecessary questions. So I tried to pass the phone to my wife who was sitting next to me. Got berated like a child for not knowing the answer. Maybe the doctors are great. Will never know."

"I'm patient for at least 5 years with family physician and specialists like cardiologist, gastroenterologist and endocrinologist. I'm very trusting my cardiologist and endocrinologist. The most important advantage is that you have access to numerous specialists and all doctors have direct access to patient's entire record. Unfortunately there are problems with this organization I think within the office. The policy of the office is to pressure patients to book unnecessary visits or not to renew your prescription. Also, I was nagged by numerous phone calls to book annual exam 6 months ahead. Why such a rush? I had phonecalls to make a next appointment with my doctor on the same day, when she saw me. My friend who introduced me to this business confirmed that she is treated in the same way. All of this became very annoying. On the other hand, when I got very sick and I needed appointment on the same day, it was not possible. Instead office clerck started asking me in details about my symptoms, which I found inappropriate. In my opinion, if she is not a doctor nor a nurse she should not have any business asking me about my symptoms to help to make a medical decision, if she has no medical training. I'm considering changing my doctors."
