"worst doctors experience of all time. everyone that works here should consider themselves a crook. From the russian lady at the front, to the young "doctor" lady - absolute crooks. they pay ZOCDOC to come up first for a number of serious issues, pretending to be every type of doctor when they are literally not equipped physically or intelligently to even conduct a basic check up. Zocdoc should be ashamed to have this sham of an establishment on their site. their only concern is booking as many appointments for you as possible so they can bill your insurance, and when your insurance reject their scam attempts guess what? now you have to pay the bill. came in expecting a lung screening, ended up only getting an EKG done, which I didn't want to begin with, and couldn't conduct any other tests because the russian lady in back ran out and was laughing about it. not to mention this place is actually run like a zoo, so chaotic to say the least. if you have any respect for yourself - DO NOT GO HERE. this is the opposite of a respectable medical establishment, literally the complete opposite."
"Coming here as a patient was literally so traumatic and bad I can't even put into word a review. I wasn't going to leave one but the more I think of it the more I need too and warn other potential patients of this insurance mill, I wish I came to read reviews before making the appointment. With the exception of one of the guys at the front desk EVERYONE who works here is unprofessional, they curse in front of patients while gossiping and talking personal stuff to each other, bad mouth patients in front of other patients, say they want to quit, go home, hate their job, talk loudly in the open on customers insurance and medical problems. I came here for 3 months before I had enough, canceled all my appointments and changed my doctor. I unfortunately only stumbled on this place because they where the only place taking immediate appointments who took my insurance and j regret so bad I didn't go digging beforehand but I was desperate. Firstly they are a test mill to bill your insurance so you go for 1 thing and they want acknowledge or talk about it until you do 20 unrelated tests and they don't even let you see the Dr you book the original appointment with until well into a month later. They did an EKG on me FOUR times almost everytimr I went there, and tried doing it a FIFTH time which was why I stopped going there and finally made me snap. I flipped out and called the PA out on it and one of the morons at the front desk when I was trying yo leave and he was pushing it on me to go back down, they make you do the same stuff over and over and I don't know how they get away with repeatedly billing the insurance, they claim the ekg was blurry, she can't read it, it's not in the system. I went for a pelvic exam THREE times, the first time she had issues, the 2nd time she told me to come back another day when the other assistant was there because she was having problems with the machine and the third time i left and didn't do it, she was trying to get me after I went from Queens if I can come the next morning and I said no she asked why and what was I busy doing?????? Like the audacity, they'd make people go back every day if you would let them. At first I didn't think anything because I haven't been to the doctor in over 5 years I thought it was nice to get some medical attention even if it's not what I was there for. All the people doing sonograms are new and have no idea what they're doing, it's honestly a joke. They won't diagnose you with anything or talk to you about WHY you actually went there to begin with, they put you immediately to see their rheumatologist, pain specialist, allergist, cardiologist, physical therapy, sonograms all over, order 10,000 blood works and just keep ordering more test, so every appointment you have there's no resolution to anything it's never ending, just keel going back for more a d more test, most of them repeats, different blood tests, more of their Dr's on site that have nothing to do with why you went there. They billed my insurance for a sleep apnea test I never took, and who knows what else because they leave the descriptione blank of what they bill you for, most of the billing they do has NO DESCRIPTION. Watch your insurance. So I wasted 3 months, and aside from stress, a bunch of wasted time, my metrocard being refilled who knows with how much money and having my poor insurance defrauded, and dozens and dozens of visits I have absolutely no answers or resolution to anything, I have a new doctor in private practice whose amazing and the opposite of this joke of place, 2 visits only and solved all my problems and I'm getting the care I need for my original problem that I went for to begin with. Point of this ramble is stay away and just wait the extra time to begin with to go someplace else, all you'll get is wasted time, headache and your insurance defrauded and you'll be back to square one when all is said and done"
"Dumbest appointment of my life. Was told I needed to do 2 tests. Did them and came to my next appointment to talk to the doctor about my results a week and a half later. Waited an hour and a half to have a 3 minute convo in which the doctor said she doesn’t know how to read the results of a test she asked for and I should go ask a cardiologist. The second test didn’t even come out with the results so she asked to make another appointment and I said no thanks I’ll find a different doctor."
"Horrible place. People running around eating, not washing hands, tests are not updated properly in the system. It’s ridiculous - people screaming around talking to each other over patients talking about their personal life. Doctors will ask you if you want additional tests when the first one isnt even uploaded properly to review. Also endless wait time irrespective of making an appointment. Have to ask repeatedly to be seen. You can see EMPTY rooms with excess staff walking around while patients are awkwardly made to wait in a narrow hall with foldout chairs. I will never go back. Save yourself the hassle. Avoid."
"I have been going here for over a year. I will say that my doctor is lovely and the staff in general are nice but I honestly don’t know how they function as a business. Every time I get there I am always waiting for hours regardless of appt time. They also used to do blood work there but no longer do. You have to go somewhere on the far west side now for that. Today I was waiting for 2 hrs past arrival (I was early for my appt by 15 min per their request) and still never saw my doctor. I finally left because the wait time and inconvenience here just keeps getting worse and worse each visit. What a shame."
