"Alps Family Medicine on Alps Road in Wayne, NJ would receive a zero rating from me if possible. The receptionist answering calls is ALWAYS extremely rude and finds every possible reason to deny a patient an appointment with the doctors. She never provides an option for other medical services when asked how to proceed with a serious medical concern. The receptionist should be terminated."

"Dr. Bain and nurse, Aariel who assists him are amazing, professional, compassionate. I always feel I’m in good hands, listened to, got the help I needed plus the immediate call once they get a test or a blood work results or an answer to a question I have. Dr. Bain is a knowledgeable experienced MD and Ariel is so helpful and so sweet."

"Stay away. This practice is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Avoid Fiorella Arthur. 2/2 visits with her ended up with a wrong or no diagnosis. I came in with severe back and thigh pain and she immediately said its a muscle spasm, even after I said lets do imaging for a potential herniated disc. No - I was told. (next day my ortho dr made the herniated disc diagnosis) Complaints to the MDs are ignored. I was supposed to have a Lyme test ordered and instead got a thyroid panel drawn. One week later I get called to be redrawn . I said no way am I paying for this draw because the office botched it up. Instead of getting an apology from anyone, Meghan the office manager was beyond rude and tried to shut me up by constantly telling me to call Patient Relations. Completely unprofessional office and providers. After 30 years, I am done."

"I have been a patient for years but felt the need to write since I have been to the office after the COVID closings. They have all the proper safety precautions when going into an office visit. There is so much extra time and effort put in by all the staff to accommodate their patients. It really pays off when it comes to making a patient feel safe. The staff was very attentive and the new appointment process made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Absolutely avoid this place at all costs - specifically avoid Dr. Sivaraman. Appalling customer service, rude nurse/front desk (with some exception to the front desk, as one or two ladies were very sweet and professional), and a disrespectful doctor who refuses to fill out routine paperwork and makes your life hell just for simple forms before ultimately filling them out. The wait times aren't terrible, but it's clear to me why this is the case. You have been warned."
